In this paper it is established that any jointly controllable, observable, multi-channel, discrete or continuous time linear system with a strongly connected neighbor communication graph can be exponentially stabilized pre-specified convergence rate using time-invariant distributed control. As an illustration of how finding used to deal certain tracking problems, solution given set-point control problem for continuous-time, multi-channel in which each and every agent access the able independently adjust its scalar-valued, controlled output desired value.
